Coach transfers at Perth Airport (PER)
Perth Airport works like two airports, with the T1/T2 and T3/T4 precincts about ten minutes apart by road. Get the terminal right before anything else. The drive into the city is short and has no tolls.
Confirm the terminal
Airlines use different precincts, and a coach sent to the wrong one loses time getting across. Check the arrival terminal with each airline close to travel and put it in the booking. If flights land in different precincts, the free terminal transfer bus brings everyone to one meeting point.
Coach bays by size
Coaches load at the T1 Coach Bays in the T1/T2 precinct and at the T3 Coach Bays in the T3/T4 precinct. The airport sorts its bus zones into three sizes, from full coaches down to minibuses, and a vehicle may only use the zone for its size, so the vehicle you book decides where the group walks.
Only operators with the airport's written permission, or an arrangement with it, collect passengers at the terminals. A time-limited bus zone can be extended while a bus is actively loading people and luggage, which helps with a sports team's kit. Chauffeured cars need a separate access card and use their own areas.

The city and Fremantle
By road, T3 is about 13 km from Perth Town Hall and T1 about 17 km; either is around 20 minutes off-peak. No toll roads exist anywhere in WA, so no tag is needed.
City of Perth loading zones are for goods vehicles. A bus may not stop in one, even for a minute to let people off, so send the exact hotel address and let the operator plan a legal set-down.
Fremantle publishes tour coach bays, some time-limited, and Fremantle Prison has coach bays outside the gate and on Parry Street. Rottnest Island takes no vehicles: the coach drops at the ferry terminal and meets the return sailing.
